Properly package the item in a padded envelope or small box.
Include a copy of your purchase receipt, name, mailing address and EMAIL.
Include a check for replacement fee in the amount set forth below based on your purchase price PER item.

Purchase price of $14.95 - $39.95 include $9.95 for restock and insured shipping
Purchase price of $40.95 - $59.95 include $12.95 for restock and insured shipping
Purchase price of $60.95 and higher include $14.95 for restock and insured shipping

Should your ring no longer be available an item of similar style and value will be provided.

Items received without a check in the proper amount AND purchase receipt will be discarded
